Series Resistance Heating Cable
Series Resistance Heating Cable is a polymer sheathed heating cable that uses a metallic resistance conductor made by copper or nickel alloy etc. as the heating element. The conductor is electrically insulated from the polymer sheath with polymer. As power output depends on the total circuit length, conductor resistance, the applied voltage, and engineering design is necessary for proper application. Effective control system should be applied on condition that resistance variation is little and power output is constant by temperature change.
